Preorder terms

Jimny NZ sells the full Stedi range on preorder. We do not hold Stedi stock locally — your order is paid upfront, aggregated into our weekly wholesale order, and shipped to you once stock lands in Christchurch.

Lead times

We place a weekly order with Stedi (typically Monday, for orders received by Sunday 11:59pm NZ time). Your product page, cart and confirmation email all show the same four dates for the batch you are buying into: the day we order with Stedi, when that stock is expected to land in New Zealand, when we expect to ship it to you, and your estimated delivery date. Typical end-to-end time is around two to three weeks, covering Stedi AU dispatch, trans-Tasman freight, and our NZ send-out.

These dates are estimates. Freight and supplier availability can move them; if a batch slips materially we will email you.

Payment

Full payment is taken at checkout. This funds the wholesale order with Stedi. Your price is locked at the time of purchase.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel before we dispatch your order for a full refund. Once your item has shipped, standard returns policies apply. If Stedi cannot supply an item, we will contact you promptly and refund in full.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must arrive within a reasonable time. We state our dispatch window plainly above and will refund if we cannot fulfil within a reasonable period or if Stedi discontinues a line.
